At White Oak Brand, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

We will replace or refund items that are:

• Defective or damaged upon arrival
• Misprinted, faded, or have a manufacturing error
• Incorrect items sent

To be eligible, you must:

• Report the issue within 30 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue

Non-returnable items:
